These Terms describe how you may use gigZee. They are written to match the current product and are not a substitute for formal legal counsel.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using gigZee, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

gigZee provides tools for music professionals and related users to create profiles, publish community content, message others, and discover or create listings such as gigs, bands, studios, lessons, and equipment offers. Features may change as the product evolves.

You retain ownership of content you post (profiles, posts, messages, listings, images, links). By posting content on gigZee, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

gigZee may help users discover gigs, collaborators, studios, lessons, and equipment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in-product, gigZee is a platform and is not a party to agreements between users. Users are responsible for verifying counterparties and complying with applicable laws.

If you enable notifications, gigZee may send push and in-app notifications related to messages, social activity, listings, and product updates. You can control notification permissions in your device settings.

8. Intellectual property

The gigZee name, branding, and app software are owned by gigZee or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with permission.

9. Disclaimers

gigZee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gigZee and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using gigZee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
